Join me for a gentle night of guided journaling and Yoga Nidra (relaxing guided meditation) and reflection.
We will begin with a brief introduction and conversation about continuing your connection with your loved ones. From there I will offer optional prompts to help your heart and mind move into a generative space of reflection. Following, I will lead you through a very relaxing for of meditation designed to help you discover the ways in which you may build and continue a connection with your loved ones. Finally, we will have a few moments to reflect on our experience. You will leave feeling hopeful, whole and connected as a group.
